We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our men's shapewear products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, except in the cases listed below.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive a defective product.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your order is missing items.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Orders where the customer selected the wrong size.

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

Refunds

If your request is approved after inspection:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

If a replacement is approved instead of a refund, the replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Failed Deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, we reserve the right to deny refunds or charge applicable shipping fees before reshipping.
